Position Purpose:

As the Credit Supervisor, you will play an integral part in supporting our business today and planning our business for tomorrow.



You will be responsible for managing a diverse customer portfolio, leading the credit and collections team, and engaging directly with customers on their accounts. A successful candidate will be able to further develop the integrity of our credit systems, investigate all credit situations, and build lasting relationships with our customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Investigating and verifying the financial status and reputation of prospective customers applying for credit, preparing documents to substantiate findings, and providing recommendations.
- Managing customer accounts and establishing credit limitations.
- Investigating possible cases of fraud within accounts and taking proper steps as needed.
- Reviewing collection reports and evaluating effectiveness of current policies and procedures.
