Backed by Series A investment, the company is moving from product development and early traction towards broader commercial adoption. Its senior team operates across Lithuania, the United Kingdom, and Asia.
About the Role
The company is looking for an action-oriented CEO with a solid operational or commercial background rather than a traditional compliance-only profile. You will own the Lithuanian regulated entity’s P&L;, execution, team, product direction, partnerships, and growth.



This is a hands-on mandate for someone who has already helped build a Fin Tech, payments, or crypto business from zero to one.
Responsibilities
Set and execute the company’s commercial, operational, financial, and product strategy ;
Take ownership of the P&L;, budgeting, resource allocation, and overall business performance ;
Build the operating structure required to move from early traction to repeatable and sustainable growth;
Originate and close strategic partnerships with banks, PSPs, issuers, exchanges, liquidity providers, and financial infrastructure companies;
