This Opportunity





As a Field Representative with Smith + Andersen, you will provide leadership across multiple projects and act as an integration point between disciplines in the field, ensuring construction activities are coordinated, conflicts are identified early, and responses are aligned across the project team. You will oversee construction administration documentation across multiple disciplines, assign and support field staff on projects, and ensure consistency in reporting, interpretation of contract documents, and application of firm standards. Make your mark by impacting improved team coordination, reduced rework, and strengthened construction-phase decision-making, as well as actively contributing to TQM improvements and the advancement of multi-disciplinary field administration best practices.
