We are seeking an experiencedLiferay Lead Solution Architectto lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale digital experience solutions built on Liferay DXP.
This role combines architecture leadership, hands‑on technical expertise, client engagement, pre‑sales support, and team mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Architecture & Solution DesignArchitect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Liferay DXP 7.4+ and latest quarterly releases. Define end-to-end solution architecture including:Digital Experience PlatformsCustomer PortalsPartner PortalsEmployee IntranetsSelf‑Service PlatformsB2 B Commerce SolutionsCreate and review:High‑Level Designs (HLD)Low‑Level Designs (LLD)Solution BlueprintsIntegration ArchitecturesDeployment ArchitecturesLead modernization initiatives:Legacy Portal to Liferay DXPMonolithic Applications to MicroservicesTraditional Portlets to Headless ArchitecturesConduct architecture reviews and establish development standards.
Liferay Platform Leadership
Lead implementation and governance of:Liferay DXP 7.4+OSGi Modular DevelopmentService BuilderWorkflow EngineUser & Permission ManagementSearch & IndexingContent ManagementExperience ManagementAsset FrameworkSite TemplatesSegmentation & PersonalizationDrive adoption of modern Liferay capabilities including:Client ExtensionsRemote AppsLiferay ObjectsExperience BuilderFragmentsHeadless APIsGraph QL APIsREST BuilderOpen API IntegrationsExperience with Liferay Commerce will be considered a strong asset.
Headless & Composable Architecture
Design and implement modern digital experiences using:ReactAngularVue.jsNext.jsHeadless CMS ArchitectureAPI‑First DesignGraph QLMicro FrontendsBuild composable enterprise solutions that integrate seamlessly with external platforms while leveraging Liferay as the central digital experience layer.
Cloud, Dev Ops & CI/CD
Architect and guide deployments on:AWSMicrosoft AzureGoogle Cloud PlatformKubernetesDockerDrive best practices around:CI/CD PipelinesGit Hub ActionsJenkinsGit Lab CI/CDInfrastructure as CodeHigh AvailabilityDisaster RecoverySecurity & ComplianceExperience with Liferay Cloud, Saa S, or Paa S environments is highly desirable.
Enterprise Integrations
Design and implement integrations with:SalesforceMicrosoft DynamicsSAPOracleService NowPayment GatewaysIdentity ProvidersGovernment SystemsThird‑Party APIsExperience with:OAuth2SAMLOpen ID ConnectLDAPKeycloakAzure ADTechnical LeadershipAct as primary technical advisor for enterprise customers.
Lead technical discovery ntor developers and technical nduct code reviews and architecture reviews.
Define development standards and best practices.
Support project estimations and solution proposals.
Participate in pre‑sales activities and client presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Required Qualifications
EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Master's degree is considered an asset.




Experience10+ years of software development experience.6+ years of Liferay experience.3+ years in technical leadership or architecture roles.
Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale implementations.
