Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) seeks a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to support our Navy customer in Indian Head, MD.
You will work closely with the Quality Director, departmental quality points of contact, and engineering teams to strengthen the Quality Management System (QMS), evaluate process effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings hands-on QMS experience, solid auditing and analytical skills, and the ability to guide teams through root cause
