SYSTRA Canada is seeking a PLA Specialist to support regulatory planning, permitting strategy, and application coordination for Alto high‑speed rail. You will work with environmental, engineering, design and project teams, liaising with authorities and ensuring timely compliance.

Must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in permitting management, with fluent English and French. Hybrid workplace and equal prospect employer noted.
