Best Buy in Canada is hiring a Retail Store Manager (store leader) to oversee a large, high-volume store in Airdrie. You will lead a team of assistant store leaders, team leads, and advisors, partnering with all areas of the business and vendors to drive customer satisfaction and sales performance.

You will coach and develop staff, foster an inclusive and fun work setting, and manage store KPI’s including revenue, merchandising, inventory, and safety.
