Remote Senior FP&A; Analyst roles across Canada, Ireland, and the UK require financial modeling and commercial business partnering. Translate metrics into strategic recommendations for Paddle.
Reporting to the Director of FP&A;, you will connect financial insight with commercial execution at Paddle. Partner with leaders across GTM and Operations using forecasting, scenario planning, and management reporting. Support profitable growth, investment efficiency, and clearer decisions across a transaction-based business model.
Key Responsibilities: Build financial partnerships with GTM and Operations stakeholders
Translate GMV, CAC, LTV, and churn into recommendations
Support pricing, expansion, and launch business cases
Develop management reporting and decision-oriented dashboards
Represent FP&A; in cross-functional projects
Requirements: Commercially astute and strategically minded approach
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning skills
Established stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
Experience with Saa S, payments, or transaction-based models preferred
Comfort navigating complexity, ambiguity, and evolving tooling
Bring FP&A; expertise, commercial judgment, and transparent communication to Paddle’s remote finance team across three countries.
