Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a Credit & Collections Supervisor. As a Credit & Collections Supervisor, you will lead collections employees in collecting revenues generated from the customers within their assigned area and ensuring compliance with Sunbelt’s policies and procedures. You will also ensure the escalation of issues to Credit & Collections leadership for handling.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for day-to-day direction of the collection team; provide training to team members; monitor work expectations of collectors through regular checks; guide collectors on alternative/creative methods of collecting
- Facilitates the flow of communication with the Field Support Team and across other teams as necessary
- Handles at-risk and escalated accounts
