We are seeking an entrepreneurial, results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive recent customer acquisition throughout Ontario. This is a true hunter role. We are looking for a sales professional who enjoys prospecting, opening doors, building strategic relationships, and winning new business. What You'll Do
Prospect, develop,



and close new business opportunities across Ontario Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, cold outreach, industry associations, trade shows, and market research Develop relationships with decision-makers across: Supply Chain Logistics Procurement Quality Assurance Clinical Operations Packaging Engineering Manufacturing Conduct discovery meetings and identify customer challenges Present Cryopak's cold chain packaging, monitoring, and validation solutions Collaborate with technical and operational teams to develop customer-specific solutions Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity management within CRM Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities Achieve and exceed annual sales and revenue targets What We're Looking For Required 5+ years of business development,
