We are looking for a Health Concierge , Outbound based in our Vancouver HQ office to join our Outbound Sales team. As a Health Concierge, you are an experienced, consistently high-performing seller who owns the full sales cycle for a larger, higher-value book of warm leads. You will drive strong results through proactive, consultative outreach, manage your pipeline strategically, and forecast accurately. You will also be a go-to resource for teammates, supporting onboarding and helping refine the cadences and approaches that make the team successful. This is a quota-carrying role for a resilient, self-directed seller who thrives on owning results while delivering a patient-first experience.

What You’ll Do

- Own the full sales cycle for a larger, higher-value book of leads, including premium, multi-scan, and family package opportunities
- Build and manage a strategic outreach plan that prioritizes the highest-potential leads and sequences calls, texts, and emails for maximum conversion
- Consistently exceed targets for bookings, conversion rate, revenue, and average order value
- Re-engage aged and stalled pipeline with tailored approaches that uncover what is holding each prospect back
- Lead consultative conversations and handle complex objections with confidence and empathy, without overpromising clinical outcomes
- Forecast your pipeline and results accurately, and flag risks and opportunities early
