Lead enterprise-wide financial planning and advanced modelling at Milton Hydro, supporting regulated and unregulated businesses in a team-oriented finance leadership role.

The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis leads budgeting, forecasting and management reporting across Milton Hydro and its subsidiaries. Reporting to the Vice President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer, this role partners with business leaders on financial performance, OM&A; expenditures and decision support. Responsibilities span integrated financial statements, scenario analysis, business cases and regulatory support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead annual budgets and periodic forecasts across Milton Hydro and subsidiaries
- Maintain integrated income statement, balance sheet and cash flow forecasts
- Analyze variances and translate results into management actions




- Develop executive reporting, financial outlooks and performance indicators
- Coach finance professionals and improve planning processes

Requirements:

- University degree in finance, accounting, business, economics or related discipline
- Approximately five or more years of progressive finance experience
- Three to five years leading financial planning processes
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling proficiency
- CPA designation strongly preferred
