Position Summary
The Industrial Electrician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, commissioning, and continuous improvement of electrical, automation, and control systems within a highly automated manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in maintaining equipment reliability, production uptime, safety, and process performance.
The Industrial Electrician works closely with Maintenance, Production, Engineering, and other departments to diagnose equipment issues, identify root causes,
implement corrective actions, and support improvements to electrical and automated manufacturing systems. About You

- Identify weaknesses in equipment or system design and implement practical improvements
- Evaluate downtime events, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Work collaboratively with production employees to identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, uptime, and repeatability
- Develop and follow preventative maintenance procedures
- Maintain accurate technical and maintenance documentation
- Learn and adapt to new manufacturing technologies and equipment
- Provide technical guidance, procedures, and knowledge
