Job Description





Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Bilingual RFP and Contracting Specialist is responsible for driving operational excellence throughout the full RFP lifecycle and contracting activities. The role will leverage, strengthen, and maintain a robust RFP process while establishing core competencies for disciplined contracting and proposal development. As a key member of the team, this role will partner across functions to improve handoff processes, enhance collaboration with commercial teams, and contribute to the Waters’ operations strategy. This role will also act as an escalation point, working with sales and marketing leadership to prioritize deliverables effectively. During integration, the role will support contract migration, readiness planning, and CLM implementation while partnering with Legal, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure a seamless transition. Post-integration, the role will own and optimize the CLM framework, negotiate and execute commercial agreements, establish contracting standards, manage regulatory compliance, and drive continuous process improvement.
