JOB DESCRIPTION
Senior Director, Strategic Sourcing is responsible for overseeing strategic procurement activities from sourcing to contract (S2 C) execution and is also responsible for ensuring appropriate actions, plans and follow-up activity is in place to drive improved vendor performance aligning with BGIS Corporate and Client-based goals and objectives. This role primarily includes:
Adherence to the BGIS Sourcing Policies and related processes to ensure effective quality control in S2 C process.
Effectively lead, manage, train and motivate a diverse group of managers and employees.
