Job Summary

Under minimal supervision, the Lead Quality Control Incoming Inspector performs material receipt inspection of company procured and customer issued materials, validating materials against applicable codes and requirements orders. The Lead Quality Control Incoming Inspector maintains records on inventory and performs monthly audits, demonstrating excellent organization and communication skills.



This position will provide leadership and mentorship within the department.

Responsibilities

90% – Material Receiving, Warehouse Organization, Shipping, and Storage Management

- 30% – Receive, inspect, document, and organize incoming materials and equipment within designated project laydown and storage areas. Prepare material receiving and status reports for Construction Managers, Project Managers, and customers.
- 20% – Maintain accurate inventory records by item, stock number, lot number, quantity, location, and condition. Review contract delivery requests to confirm that required materials are available and properly stored.
