The Sr. Services Consultant is considered an expert in HCM consulting with a solid SaaS technology foundation and has been involved in multiple projects of diverse size and complexity with repeated project excellence over time. This individual works independently with customers and can influence outcomes based on knowledge in most or all skill areas. They have already distinguished themselves as an active and visible leader and enjoy coaching others.
