Responsibilities
Manage, support, maintain, and troubleshoot issues in existing and future business applications such as One Stream, Unit4 ERP (Agresso), and Concur
Manage support incident requests via our Service Now ticketing system
Manage, implement, and improve specific business processes in existing and future business applications including, but not limited to:
General Ledger
