Role Overview Are you passionate about solving complex challenges in the steel industry? As an Ironmaking & Reheat Specialist, you will serve as a key technical expert supporting customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders across Canada. Working closely with Sales, R&D;, Operations, and Recycling teams, you will optimize refractory solutions, support innovation, and drive sustainable growth.
What You'll Do Lead and coordinate refractory product trials and evaluations at customer facilities.
Partner with customers and commercial teams to optimize refractory performance and troubleshoot challenges.
Deliver technical training programs for sales teams and customers.
Collaborate with R&D; on product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Recommend refractory materials and lining designs based on customer requirements.
Support Operations, product
