As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will configure, develop, test, and deploy platform enhancements. You will support access, objects, rules, queues, flows, reports, dashboards, and case processes. The role also includes Halo administration, incident resolution, integrations, documentation, and continuous improvement with Customer Service, Marketing, Data, Technology teams, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce enhancements
- Support Service Cloud routing, escalation, notifications, and knowledge management
