As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will manage recruitment assignments and serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers. The role supports company growth through sourcing, assessment, selection, and onboarding. It covers Quebec, Ontario, and Nova Scotia.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment cycles from needs assessment through onboarding
- Source candidates for open roles across three provinces
- Develop strategies targeting active and passive talent
- Advise hiring managers as a recruitment subject matter expert

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience
- At least one year of talent acquisition experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Comfort using applicant tracking systems; Dayforce is an asset
