We are seeking a talented and motivated Corporate Commercial Associate to join our growing business law practice. This is an excellent prospect for a lawyer who enjoys advising businesses and individuals on a broad range of corporate, commercial, and transactional matters and who is looking to develop their practice in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment. Manage a broad range of corporate commercial matters with increasing autonomy; Conduct legal research and provide practical legal advice; Draft, review and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements; Assist with corporate reorganizations, transactions and related matters; Manage delegated files from senior lawyers; Work collaboratively with lawyers and legal support staff across Vancouver, Langley and West Vancouver locations; Maintain appropriate file management,



billing and time-entry practices; Contribute to the continued growth and development of the firm’s corporate commercial practice.
