Palladino Honda is hiring a full time Administrative Assistant. Administrative Assistants are the first point of contact for customers coming in to our business and serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Experts in Customer Service, they are key in communicating to company personnel of visitor arrival. They manage the telecommunications system for the business. In addition, they control the flow of documents and are responsible for document filing and record keeping. Administrative Assistants joining our team will be fully trained on all of the processes and software they will be using. They will learn about each department in the dealership, in order to understand how each work together to provide optimum customer service, working together for the success of the business and the flow of documentation.



Administrative Assistants are often the first point of contact at the dealership, and will be responsible to manage sensitive client data. Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
