The salary range for this position is $95,000
- 125,000 per year, complemented by benefits, bonuses and additional extra hours payments.

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Manager of New Business Development to join our team. This role is key to expanding current business opportunities in the Midwest region for Grantek, while collaborating closely with our District Leaders to support revenue growth across the company. New Client Management: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention through strategic proposal development. Implement effective lead generation tactics, including market research, networking, and outreach. Engage, support, and participate in company decisions, direction, and strategy development. At least 5-7years of experience in Sales or Account Management. Experience within automation Industry would be considered as an asset. Be flexible with travel, which can be expected to range up to 50% across North America.
