You will oversee sales, service, parts, administration, and customer experience while driving financial performance and strategic growth across Ski-doo, Can-am, Sea-doo, Honda ATV and other brands. You will build a high-performing team, monitor KPIs, and develop marketing strategies to increase market share in Northern Manitoba.
