Payroll Consultant Manage and execute end-to-end payroll processing in a hands-on capacity (4 weekly payrolls) Support payroll operations within a large, complex, multi-provincial payroll environment. Work with and support payroll processes for a highly unionized workforce. to process payroll and generate required reports. Troubleshoot payroll issues and identify practical solutions within a highly manual setting. Ensure payroll is processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable legislation and company requirements.



Support payroll-related requirements associated with Assist with payroll system implementation activities and process improvements. Provide day-to-day payroll expertise and support to the existing team during this period of transition. Hands-on, end-to-end payroll experience with a strong understanding of payroll operations. UKG , including the ability to pull and analyze payroll reports. Ability to work effectively within a manual payroll environment while systems and processes are being implemented. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly step into an existing payroll operation. 3 days per week in-office in Oakville (Mon/Tues + 1 day)
