Lead CSA estimating for EllisDon, applying construction contracts expertise and bid strategy judgment to major project submissions. This is a senior prospect. As a Senior Estimator, you will lead teams through pressured bid processes for major construction projects. Your work covers pre-construction estimates, subcontractor scopes, drawing reviews, risk mitigation, and database maintenance. You will collaborate with operations, pre-construction, engineering, clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead teams through accurate, timely bid completion Prepare budget, guaranteed maximum price, design-build,



and stipulated-price estimates Review drawings and tender documents for scope Analyze subcontractor bids and identify irregularities Develop risk, mitigation, and cost-saving strategies

Requirements:

Eight to ten years of ICI estimating experience Construction-related degree or equivalent technical training Expertise in civil, structural, and architectural fields Advanced knowledge of estimating strategies and construction contracts Ability to work accurately under time-sensitive conditions Bring CSA expertise, bid leadership, and construction estimating knowledge to EllisDon’s major project submissions and pre-construction work.
