Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Personal Relationship Manager is responsible for maintaining a high level of portfolio management discipline, driving member loyalty, and consistently identifying growth opportunities within the existing member base while also sourcing new high-value relationships. Maintaining accurate documentation and disciplined portfolio management while balancing risk and growth.
