This role is crucial for maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR documentation, and supporting various HR processes. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure the smooth functioning of daily HR operations and contribute to a positive employee experience. Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in the HR Information System (HRIS). Assist with the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening applications, and scheduling interviews. Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures in a timely manner. Assist in organizing company events and training sessions.
