- BSW $35.137 to $42.966 Travel Required : No The Social Worker – BSW, reporting directly to the Social Worker – BSW – Senior, has responsibility for professional psychosocial assessment and counselling with clients and families who are managing social and emotional impacts associated with physical illness. The Social Worker – BSW receives clinical supervision and administrative direction from the Manager and/or designate. The Social Worker – BSW is a competent clinical practitioner assisting individuals, families and groups. They offer a qualified working relationship, including an understanding of the social work role,
