Coalition Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer for the Automation team to apply AI to automate manual workflows. You will build and deploy LLM-backed agents, author skills, and wire them into our MCP-based architecture, collaborating with data and business teams to ensure reliable, auditable operations. You will work edge-to-edge with production data models, ship agents used by non-engineers, and help shape practical AI solutions within a remote-first, Canada-wide context.
