Protect The Mint’s infrastructure, applications, and cloud services as a Senior Cybersecurity Operations Analyst in a hybrid Ottawa arrangement. Apply advanced monitoring, detection, and incident response expertise. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Information Security, this senior technical authority supports SOC operations across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. You will implement security controls, conduct technical reviews, establish configuration baselines, and advance detection capabilities. The position also provides technical mentorship to Cyber Security Analysts.

Key Responsibilities
Escalate complex and high-severity SOC security incidents Monitor security controls across enterprise and cloud environments Conduct technical reviews and establish configuration baselines Perform advanced investigations,



threat hunting, and technical analysis Maintain SOC procedures, runbooks, and operational documentation

Requirements:
University degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience Minimum seven years of related business experience Cybersecurity operations experience, preferably in SOC or incident response Experience with SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, and cloud security technologies English and French proficiency required at hire Bring senior SOC escalation, cloud security, and incident investigation expertise to The Mint’s Ottawa cybersecurity team.
