We take pride in pushing the boundaries of technology and customer experience to deliver something that has never been done before. We are a fast-moving organization that promotes a hands‑on approach, supporting each other through the tough spots, generating a close-knit team with a family feel. We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage our X7 development program. Plan, schedule, and track cross-functional workstreams across the program, from design through build, integration, and test. Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and flight test teams to keep deliverables aligned with program milestones. Manage external suppliers and partners, including statements of work, deliverable tracking, and performance against schedule and budget. Maintain risk, issue, and opportunity registers, and work with owners to execute mitigation plans. Support configuration and change control, ensuring cost, schedule, and interface impacts are assessed before changes are approved. Help develop and improve program tools, processes, and working methods as the team scales.
