- Digital Investing. The position involves leading acquisition and enterprise growth campaigns for digital investing products, requiring a strategic mindset, strong campaign management skills, and experience in demand generation within a regulated setting. Pay rate range (CAD): $63.77/hr – $76.52/hr Develop strategic marketing roadmaps, business cases, and product initiatives for acquisition and enterprise growth. Manage and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns, including creative development, approvals, and reporting. Analyze campaign performance, deriving insights to optimize ongoing and future initiatives. Lead content creation, briefs, and approvals, ensuring compliance with legal, privacy, and brand guidelines. Drive customer research and insights to inform targeting, messaging, and campaign strategies. Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and contribute to broader marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement. Monitor campaign KPIs such as traffic, applications, recent accounts, and assets, reporting regularly to stakeholders. Support testing and improvement initiatives related to creative assets and offers to maximize campaign effectiveness.



6-10+ years of relevant experience in demand and revenue-generating marketing roles. Proven success in developing and managing acquisition campaigns in financial services or highly regulated industries. Strong experience with digital media, paid media, social media, SEM, SEO, and analytics. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in campaign management, creative content development, and campaign analytics. Advanced skills in forecasting, budgeting, and performance measurement. Experience working with online investing platforms or financial products. Technical proficiency in programmatic media, bidding strategies, and digital advertising tools. Knowledge of legal and compliance regulations specific to financial services marketing. Post-secondary degree in marketing, business, advertising, or communications. Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
