Lead engineering projects through design, validation, and launch while coordinating designers, draftsmen, and engineers with accountability for delivery. This Engineering Project Leader reports to the Project Engineering Manager and supervises assigned project execution. The work spans scope definition, risk management, reporting, testing, budget adherence, and change management. You will coordinate project activities from design through implementation and potentially production launch.

Key Responsibilities

Lead scope, requirements, risk, reporting, and change management Coordinate design reviews, FMEA, and Hazard Analyses Track progress, budgets, tasks, and hour assessments Prepare technical and financial project status reports Provide engineering support across Production and Quality Assurance

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent Project Management credentials Five or more years in a related field Leadership and Project Management skills Availability for approximately fifteen percent US travel Apply your engineering leadership, project management, and validation expertise across complex product development projects.
