collaboration, and workflow execution. Design AI capabilities such as context, memory, skills, domain-agent orchestration, and enterprise-system integration. Define and track key metrics, including WAU, retention, task success rate, CSAT, time savings, and AI output quality. Collaborate with engineering, design, business, security, and data teams to ensure scalable and responsible delivery. 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, AI, productivity tools, or SaaS. Solid understanding of generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and evaluation methodologies. Strong user research, data analysis, prioritization, and product delivery capabilities.
