In this full-time, permanent role, you will report to the Chief Financial Officer and oversee comprehensive financial operations. With 8 to 12 years of experience, you’ll manage full-cycle accounting, complex payroll, and regulatory compliance. Your leadership will be essential in advancing financial systems like NetSuite while ensuring robust internal controls and operational assurance.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Oversee procurement, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Maintain high quality,



timely financial statements and reports
• Drive risk-based operational assurance and control reviews
• Prepare for and coordinate annual external audits

Requirements:
• CPA designation in good standing required
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• 8-12 years in financial operations leadership
• Experience with NetSuite and Power BI preferred
• Familiarity with regulatory filings like CRA T3010 required
