YMCA of Greater Halifax/Dartmouth seeks a Client Intake Associate in our Immigrant Services program. You will be the first contact for eligible clients, handling intake, scheduling, and referrals to settlement supports. The role supports daily operations and helps maintain a welcoming, qualified center for immigrant programs. You’ll gather information, enter data, and conduct basic needs assessments while ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all interactions.
