journal entries, DAS, taxes, payroll/HR Preparing monthly financial statements and monitoring ongoing projects Rigorous project cost monitoring: purchase orders, invoices, extras, actual cost vs. Collaboration with project managers for optimal financial management of construction sites DEC in accounting or equivalent training ~3 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in commercial construction ~ Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously Construction experience Competitive salary, commensurate with experience Adaptable schedule
