Join Kaycan in Fredericton as a Warehouse Associate to contribute to our logistics team. Master order picking, packing, and inventory management in a permanent, full-time role. Reporting to the Warehouse Team Lead, you will expertly manage customer orders while ensuring safety and efficiency in our operations. This full-time, on-site position requires strong communication skills and a focus on exceptional customer service as you load and unload products and maintain warehouse organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders
- Load and unload trucks using material handling equipment
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and organize stock
- Communicate low stock items with the Supervisor
- Adhere to safety protocols and use PPE diligently

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent distribution experience
- 1 to 3 years in warehouse and customer service roles
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy items
