As a Senior Product Manager, you will create new payment experiences that make repaying easier, improve payment success, and define how payments are processed safely and cost-effectively. you are comfortable in the data and use experiment results and customer research to make product decisions Curiosity about customers: you have strong instincts for where an experience breaks down and the drive to fix it Clear communication and influence: you explain tradeoffs well and build trust and alignment across Product, Engineering, Finance, Design, and Partnerships, including senior leaders, without needing formal authority Bonus points for experience in payments, fintech, or e-commerce Equity Grade
