- Develop and analyze financial models for M&A; targets
- Conduct strategic project analysis to guide decisions
- Coordinate and participate in due diligence activities
- Review projects for local issues and risks
- Engage with stakeholders across global business units
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- 1-2 years in corporate finance or M&A;
- Proficient in financial modeling and Microsoft Office
- Robust communication and teamwork skills
- CPA or CFA designation is a plus
