This permanent, full time Project Logistics role serves clients requiring oversized, overweight, hazardous, and heavy-lift transport. You will coordinate FCL, LCL, road, and air shipments while supporting freight forwarding activities. The position involves documentation, quotations, compliance, supplier follow-up, invoicing, and client updates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan transport solutions for oversized and overweight shipments
- Coordinate suppliers and relay order updates to clients
- Verify and issue compliant transportation documentation
- Monitor shipments and communicate destination progress
- Prepare quotations, RFQs, reports, and client invoices

Requirements:

- Five to seven years in the transport industry
- At least one year of freight forwarding experience
- Experience coordinating FCL, LCL, road, and air
- Breakbulk, RORO, chartering, and heavy-lift expertise
- English and French communication skills required
