This Consultant supports cross-functional teams across Service Delivery and Global Shared Services. The work includes requirements gathering, process analysis, solution configuration, data validation, documentation, and technology-enabled implementation. You will support Managers, Project Managers, subject-matter experts, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, extract, reconcile, and analyze client data
- Analyze business and system processes for improvements
- Support solution configuration, implementation, validation, and testing
- Create testing scenarios,
documentation, reports, and deliverables
- Maintain project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Robust technical and data analysis experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office products
- Knowledge of development methodologies and programming languages
- Valid driver's license required
