We’re a family in North Delta looking for a caring, dependable part-time family helper. We’re hoping to find someone who can help with meal preparation and some light cleaning, so I can spend more quality time with my children. I’m not looking for someone to take over as a full time caregiver. I’ll remain the children’s parent and primary caregiver. At agreed times, I’d appreciate help with both children, including during occasional family outings. As I begin working part-time, we may also need help with school or daycare pickup on some workdays. 5 mins walking distance from our home. We expect to start with a few hours a week. We can discuss the schedule together and adjust it as our needs become clearer.
Skills and experience We’re looking for someone who is warm, trustworthy, reliable, and comfortable around young children. Experience with meal preparation and light housekeeping would be helpful, along with childcare experience. References are required; current First Aid and CPR training are preferred.
