Lead resident-centred nursing care with Yee Hong as a Registered Practical Nurse, coordinating unit staff and interdisciplinary care. Multiple locations and shifts are available.

This candidate pool welcomes Registered Practical Nurses for full-time, part-time, and casual schedules. You will provide nursing services under College of Nurses of Ontario standards while supporting residents, families, and unit operations. Leadership, judgement, and communication are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform Registered Practical Nurse functions according to CNO standards
- Provide high quality resident-centred nursing service
- Supervise unit staff during daily operations
- Coordinate resident care with interdisciplinary team members
- Communicate with residents' families about care

Requirements:

- Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current CPR Certificate
- Positive leadership, initiative, problem solving, and judgement skills
- Computer literacy and superb customer service skills
- Satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Screen
