This regular part-time Licensed Practical Nurse position supports long-term care within Vancouver Island Health Authority. Working under a Manager or designate, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess residents, plan care, provide personal care, and perform nursing procedures. The shift runs from 2300 to 0700 with rotating days off.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide care to complex but stable residents
- Perform resident assessments and plan care
- Provide personal care according to needs
- Perform nursing procedures within full scope
- Administer medications and operate related equipment

Requirements:

- Registration with BCCNM as a practicing LPN registrant
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize work and implement care plans
- Knowledge of full scope nursing practice
- Physical ability to carry out position duties
