Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Building Operator, Level 2 supports Edmonton building operations across assigned property or portfolio. The work includes HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and building automation systems. You will maintain documentation, respond to service requests, and support regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate, monitor, maintain, and repair building systems
- Complete preventative maintenance, inspections, rounds, and repairs
- Respond promptly and professionally to tenant service requests
- Maintain operational, equipment, inspection,



and maintenance records
- Support energy management, sustainability, and environmental programs

Requirements:

- Minimum 5th Class Power Engineer Certificate
- Minimum three years commercial building operations experience
- Knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems
- Experience with troubleshooting, inspections, repairs, and documentation
- Valid driver's licence and on-call availability
