Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers and understand their skincare and fragrance needs
- Build personalized journeys through welcomes, demonstrations, and regimen recommendations
- Guide customers to sink and fragrance areas for product demonstrations
- Complete stock, inventory, and store presentation tasks diligently
- Uphold Aesop values, grooming guidelines, and retail standards
Requirements:
- Customer-focused team experience, ideally in retail or hospitality
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence delivering tactile product demonstrations
- Passion for selling premium skincare and fragrance products
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and use stairs
