As a Skin Care Trainer, skoah’s term for esthetician, you provide high performance skin care products and attentive skin care workouts. The company welcomes recent esthetic graduates with little or no experience, as well as experienced estheticians. Training covers product knowledge, facial protocol, and customer interaction. The role also includes reception responsibilities and requires passion for skin care services and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive skin care workouts for customers
- Recommend high performance skin care products
- Build long-term customer relationships through service
- Check customers in and out at reception
- Book customer appointments and support daily service
Requirements:
- Formal esthetics training is required
- Availability for five days, including both weekend days
- Passion for skin care services and products
- Confidence creating working relationships with customers
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide customer-oriented solutions
